Battlefield Tours
On one of our Leger Battlefield Tours, you will embark on a journey of remembrance and discovery, visiting WW1 battlefields, WW2 battlefields, and sites from other significant wars. Each coach is accompanied by a specialist battlefield guide, whose knowledge and passion will inspire, enrich, and truly bring history to life. They will assist you in deciphering the legacy left behind and comprehending the military history that affected us all, whether it relates to Flanders Fields, the Somme battlefields, the Ypres Salient front line, the sandy beaches of Normandy in France, or the concrete walls that once surrounded Berlin.

On our main WW2 Introductory Tour, we see some of the most iconic D-Day locations and visit all of the Normandy landing beaches, as well as the site of the Pegasus Bridge glider landing and where the ‘Band of Brothers’ fought near St. Mère Eglise. Understand D-Day as you look out over Bloody Omaha or visit the Juno Beach bunkers and realise that the events on these battlegrounds defined our modern world.
